Here's a 7-day water and fruit detox fast agenda that incorporates eating your fruit whole, having it in a smoothie, or juicing the fruit. Whichever you prefer. Your water should be alkaline, if possible.


This agenda is suggestive. You must follow your body's lead and modify as needed:

  • Day 1:

  • Lunch: Enjoy a refreshing watermelon smoothie.
